What we collect
When you sign up, contact us, or start a membership, we collect your name, email address, and household preferences such as dietary requirements and serving sizes. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
Your information is used to generate personalised meal plans, build grocery lists, place orders on your behalf when you ask us to, and respond to your messages. We use a small number of trusted providers (Stripe for payments, Amazon Fresh for fulfilment, and email delivery services) to make this possible.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with advertisers. We only disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of our members.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, correct anything that’s wrong, or delete your account at any time. Cancelling your membership stops all future billing immediately.
